We provide logo designs to your app/ website by discussing the specific business use case for you project, and our process consists of going through multiple phases. Phase 1: Understand the business and scope Phase 2: Create multiple iterations of sample logos to provide to the client. Phase 3: Receive feedback from the client and lock in on the logo that the client chose. If client didn't like any of the iterations, we keep working on different iterations until we find a middle ground that fits the clients needs. Phase 4: After locking in on a logo, we start adding finishing touches to the logos, creating multiple variations for the logo and showcasing the final version to the client for approval.

Phase 1: Business Model & Service Definition In this phase, we focus on understanding your business model and the exact type of service or product you aim to provide. This includes analyzing your target audience, goals, and value proposition to ensure that the project aligns with your business objectives. Phase 2: Wireframe Design & Client Collaboration Once the business model is defined, we begin creating initial wireframe designs that outline the structure and flow of the project. Throughout this stage, we maintain continuous communication with the client, holding meetings at the completion of each milestone to gather feedback and ensure we’re moving in the right direction. Phase 3: Wireframe Review & Validation After completing all wireframes, we conduct a comprehensive review session with the client to confirm that every screen, feature, and flow aligns with the agreed-upon plan. Adjustments and refinements are made based on feedback before moving into development. Phase 4: Development Sprints Once the wireframes are finalized, we transition into development sprints. Each sprint focuses on specific functionalities identified during the wireframing stage. Each sprint typically lasts 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity. The overall timeline varies based on the total number of sprints required to deliver the full project scope. After each sprint, we conduct reviews to ensure functionality meets expectations before proceeding to the next phase.

Phase 2: Wireframe & Prototype (Ergonomy & UX Focus) We begin crafting the wireframes and gameplay flow, focusing heavily on player ergonomics — how comfortably and intuitively the user interacts with the game. Design UI mockups (menus, HUDs, navigation). Define UX flow: user onboarding, level progression, and in-game interactions. Create an early playable prototype to visualize the game’s structure and collect feedback. Maintain regular client meetings at each milestone for alignment and feedback. Phase 3: Playtesting & Ergonomic Review Once all wireframes and prototypes are complete, we conduct UX and playability testing. Observe how users interact with the game and identify friction points. Refine UI elements, control schemes, and player feedback loops to improve comfort and engagement. Confirm that visuals, sounds, and interactions align with ergonomic design principles — ensuring the game feels natural and immersive. Phase 4: Development Sprints The project then transitions into agile development sprints, each lasting 1–2 weeks. Each sprint focuses on specific functionalities such as gameplay mechanics, physics, AI, or multiplayer systems. Parallel work continues on UI implementation, animations, and sound design. After each sprint, a review session is held to test and validate progress both technically and ergonomically. Overall time to completion depends on the number and complexity of sprints. Phase 5: Testing, Optimization & Launch Conduct comprehensive QA and beta testing, focusing on bug fixes, performance optimization, and user experience consistency.
