By accessing or using Kontaktis, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Service

Kontaktis provides a company directory, review system, and optional business modules. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan. We may update the service with reasonable notice.

Accounts & content

You are responsible for your account credentials and for content you publish. You must not post unlawful, misleading, or infringing material. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
