INSTICOM is a Public Relations and media relations agency. We founded it in 2010, based on the principle that the information needs of target groups must remain the central focus of corporate communication. Too often, companies communicate about what their products do or are capable of doing, and forget to talk about the solution to a problem that these products bring. Our leitmotif, "Engaging Your Audience", goes beyond simply informing target groups. By playing with their information needs, we stimulate interactions and improve our clients' brand awareness, brand preference towards them, and increase user confidence. To achieve this, we use all the channels available to us: traditional media (print and online press, radio, TV), owned media (websites, blogs), and new channels (social media, influencers, customer reviews, etc.) Our agency covers the entire Benelux region and has 27 professionals spread across 3 locations (one in Brussels and two in the Netherlands, in Arnhem and Bussum). We specialize in positioning our clients as opinion leaders and influencers. Strategic consulting, content marketing, media relations, and social media are just some of the activities we undertake to propel our clients into leading positions in their markets. Over the past 7 years, we have earned our reputation during the launch and introduction of brands, products, and services in the Benelux market. Our specialties are Public Relations and Media Relations in the broadest sense, i.e., creating informative content for journalists (press releases and press kits), writing press and opinion articles (carte blanche), organizing press events and press trips, creating Social Media strategies, and crisis communication consulting. We also organize training to help you face journalists and crisis situation training to learn how to better manage your communication in these difficult times. Our clients are national and multinational companies active in various sectors: technology (software and hardware), cybersecurity, tourism and travel, logistics, architecture, and construction. Our teams form a subtle mix of youthful boldness and many years of experience, and they rely on skills with both traditional communication tools and new technologies.
