Heads is an owner-managed agency based in Zurich. It was established in 1981 and employs 12 people. Our Corporate Branding methodology is a theoretically sound and integral approach to brand management. The brand personality is central to the approach. It needs to be aligned at all times with the company management’s strategic aims, the perceptions, attitudes and actions of the employees and the external perceptions and image of the brand. Heads is convinced that the maximum brand impact depends on the effective alignment of these three factors. To define realistic brand aims, Heads investigates the brand elasticity among the various target groups.
