Error reference IDs and support
What to do when something fails and how to contact us.
When the dashboard shows “Something went wrong”, copy the reference ID (e.g. err_xxx) and email hello@kontaktis.com. Include what you clicked and your company slug if relevant.
Common fixes
Missing sidebar module → check Settings → Modules and your role. Stale data after edits → refresh the page. Database errors after updates → your admin may need to run database migrations on deploy.
