🇬🇧 A website earns its keep, or it doesn't. Most visitors decide whether to stay within the first few seconds, before they've read a word. That makes design the actual product, not the wrapping around it. It's what stands between a curious click and someone getting in touch. We build around that: UX research, a clear brand, layouts that send people somewhere useful. Where the work goes 1. UX and UI design. Navigation that makes sense, flows people don't have to think hard about, and visuals that nudge them toward the thing you want them to do, whether that's a sign-up, a demo or a purchase. 2. Responsive, mobile-first. Every site is built mobile-first. Layouts, images and interactions adjust to whatever screen someone turns up with, so nobody bails because they had to pinch-zoom their way across your homepage. 3. SEO and speed. Semantic HTML, compressed images, caching that makes sense. Sites that load fast, score well on Core Web Vitals, and stand a fair chance of ranking for the keywords that actually bring in work. 4. Layouts that do a job. Calls to action where people actually look, backed by heatmaps and A/B tests, so browsing turns into something measurable: leads, downloads, sales. 5. A clean handoff to development. Tight comps, reusable components and a clear style guide mean developers spend less time guessing. That cuts build time and the number of bugs that sneak in. Picking a theme is the easy part. The rest goes like this: 1. Discovery and alignment. We start with your goals, your audience, the technical constraints and what success actually means in your case. That brief is what every later decision gets measured against. 2. Research and wireframes. Competitor audits, user input and content mapping feed the wireframes and user flows, so the foundation is tested before anyone opens a design tool. 3. Visual design and prototyping. Once the wireframes are signed off, we design the real layouts against a brand style guide. You click through an interactive Figma prototype before the build starts, so there's nothing to be surprised by later. 4. Development and integration. Designs become clean, responsive code, with the CMS, webshop or custom features built in. Regular check-ins keep you informed and us aligned. 5. Testing and QA. Before launch: speed audits, cross-browser checks, security scans. Anything that snags gets fixed, or A/B tested until it stops snagging. 6. Launch and after. The site goes live, DNS updates, monitoring starts. After that we watch the analytics, handle content updates and keep tuning conversion rates. Leave a website alone and it goes stale. Knoppen op de plek waar mensen echt kijken, onderbouwd met heatmaps en A/B-tests, zodat bezoek iets meetbaars wordt: leads, downloads, verkopen. 5. Een nette overdracht naar de bouw. Strakke ontwerpen, herbruikbare componenten en een duidelijke stijlgids zorgen dat ontwikkelaars minder hoeven te gokken. Dat scheelt bouwtijd en bugs. Een thema uitkiezen is het makkelijke deel. De rest gaat zo: 1. Ontdekken en afstemmen. We beginnen met je doelen, je doelgroep, de technische randvoorwaarden en wat succes in jouw geval betekent. Die briefing is waar elke latere keuze tegen wordt gehouden. 2. Onderzoek en wireframes. Concurrentieanalyse, input van gebruikers en het in kaart brengen van de content gaan in de wireframes en gebruikersflows, zodat het fundament getest is voor iemand een ontwerptool opent. 3. Visueel ontwerp en prototype. Zodra de wireframes akkoord zijn, ontwerpen we de echte indelingen volgens een merkstijlgids. Je klikt door een interactief Figma-prototype voor de bouw begint, dus achteraf geen verrassingen. 4. Ontwikkeling en integratie. Ontwerpen worden schone, responsieve code, met CMS, webshop of maatwerk erin. Regelmatig overleg houdt jou op de hoogte en ons op één lijn. 5. Testen en QA. Voor de livegang: snelheidsaudits, cross-browsertests, beveiligingsscans. Wat hapert wordt opgelost, of net zo lang A/B-getest tot het ophoudt met haperen. 6. Livegang en daarna. De site gaat live, DNS wordt aangepast, monitoring start. Daarna volgen we de analytics, verzorgen we content-updates en blijven we de conversie bijschaven.
