The goals. The Association of the Nobility of the Kingdom of Belgium (A.N.R.B.) is a non-profit organization created in 1937. The founders wanted to ensure the maintenance of the moral heritage acquired by the nobility, the defense of common interests, and assistance to members in difficulty. The Association, which has no public character and is totally private, has some 13,700 members. The majority of the heads of households of noble families are members; in addition, there are singles, spouses, and children.
