In a nutshell, it looks like this: we always start with Discovery to learn all about the problem at end and the users involved; this is followed by a Design phase where we visualise our solution; once this is signed off by yourselves, the development team starts to Build the product; finally after a through round of quality assurance Testing, we Launch it and ensure you have everything you need in a final handover, with the option for us to provide Ongoing Support if required.
