Aventoza helps small businesses turn job notes or a spoken description into a clear quotation draft in their own branding, using their prices and terms. The business owner checks and approves the draft before sending it to their customer. The first trial quotation is free; scope and price for further work are agreed in advance. We also provide Excel and CSV cleanup, connections between existing systems, and focused custom software tools. Based in The Hague, Netherlands, we work remotely in Dutch and English. Before paid work starts, we agree the scope, deliverable, delivery date and total price in writing. The Excel/CSV pilot covers one non-sensitive file of up to 1,000 rows for EUR 69 excluding VAT / EUR 83.49 including 21% VAT. Payment follows acceptance of the agreed work.
