The collective bundles expertise and resources to promote the value and possibilities of out-of-home communication.</p><p><strong>Core expertise</strong><br>Outreach represents AH Mediaservices, Centercom, Clear Channel, CS Digital, Global, Hillenaar Outdoor, JCDecaux, Ocean Outdoor, OOHA Media, OV Media, and Schiphol Media and focuses on reach, effectiveness, creative applications, and developments in digital out-of-home (DOOH).</p><p><strong>Approach</strong><br>The collective informs various target groups — from advertisers to policymakers — about regulations, innovation, and creative opportunities, with support from Het Buitenreclame Onderzoek (The Outdoor Advertising Research).</p><p><strong>Why Outreach?</strong><br>Collaboration creates a unified voice for the sector, better knowledge sharing, and reliable information about the added value of out-of-home.</p>
