Helmed by Sylvia Cardim de Melo, a global brand strategist, our strategic phase delves into your industry, story, purpose and ambition. We fuse insight generation with third party qualitative and quantitative research to identify the real drivers behind people's decisions. This in turn enables us to understand how to position brands to become relevant in people's lives. Industry-agnostic and with experience in the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia, Sylvia brings a bird's eye view to every project, while at the same time, having the skills to drill down to the core of every opportunity. With a strategic foundation set, Sylvia then briefs the design team to bring the brand essence to life across a compelling and cohesive visual identity program.

Our team of multi-faceted designers work across several mediums and touchpoints -- from stationary, print collateral and packaging to websites, apps, products, the unboxing experience and even window display ideas. Once the identity is set, the creativity takes place!

We spend on average five hours of our day looking at screens. Whether it's on mobile or desktop, our eyes our exhausted! So we like to remove complexity and design experiences online which feel intuitive and easily digestible. Most of the websites we've designed and developed are either on Squarespace, Shopify or Wordpress, where the choice of the platform depends on the purpose and role of the website within the overall brand experience. Thanks to our in-house digital marketing expert, our websites are developed with SEO in mind, ensuring they are optimised for google.
