<p>HES-SO Geneva is a fundamental player in Geneva's economic, social, and cultural fabric. Its six universities of applied sciences offer tertiary education at the university level, focused on professional practice and European compatibility; they provide 28 Bachelor's programs and 20 Master's programs. Its 13 research institutes participate in numerous regional, national, and international projects. As a member of the HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland, HES-SO Geneva welcomes over 6,300 students. Its universities of applied sciences are: the University of Applied Sciences in Landscape, Engineering and Architecture - HEPIA, the University of Applied Sciences in Management - HEG, the University of Applied Sciences in Art and Design - HEAD, the University of Applied Sciences in Music - HEM, the University of Applied Sciences in Health - HEdS, and the University of Applied Sciences in Social Work - HETS.</p>
