We create event visual identities that hold together from the first invitation to the last backdrop. For VEG events, design is never decoration. Every visual element — stage graphics, signage, digital screens, print collateral, photo backdrops — is built to reinforce the event's core emotion and narrative. A 40-meter main stage backdrop for 3,200 people requires a different visual logic than a VIP dinner for 50. We design for the scale, the audience, and the memory we're trying to create. We help events earn coverage before, during, and after the night — not just send press releases. PR for events requires a different playbook than brand PR. The story isn't the event itself — it's what the event means, who it brings together, and what it says about the people behind it. We've worked alongside media partners including Voice of Vietnam to build events that generate genuine editorial interest, not just paid placement. We integrate technology into events when it serves the experience — not to impress, but to create moments that couldn't exist without it. At Builder.AI Global Agora 2023, we connected 500 Vietnamese technology leaders live with international keynote speakers including Tony Fadell (former Apple iPod General Manager) and Ahmed Mazhari (President of Microsoft Asia) — bridging continents in real time within a designed environment. At our Event Tech Innovation conference, we introduced the latest AR, VR, and AI applications to Vietnam's event industry. We've also produced virtual events for the GameFi industry (FOTA Game launch) and applied AI product interaction in brand launch experiences (IMOU "See Beyond"). We develop event advertising and promotional campaigns that fill rooms and build anticipation — from teaser strategy to post-event amplification. An event without an audience is a production rehearsal. We work with clients to develop the communication plan that drives attendance, creates pre-event buzz, and extends the event's impact after it ends. For Honda Youth Fest, the promotional campaign needed to mobilize audiences across 4 cities. For Builder.AI, the challenge was positioning a tech conference as the defining event for Vietnam's innovation community.
