<p>A little pink does everyone good, we at POMCANYS think – the digital marketing &amp; communications agency with attitude. For us, pink is not just a color, but an agency feeling: We like to stand out, enjoy work and life, listen to each other, celebrate the power of the collective, don't care about conventions, don't have to please everyone, but treat everyone with respect.</p><p></p><p>Even if we are not always on site, but perhaps currently working from home, we are a well-coordinated team of 23 with flat hierarchies, where everyone does what they enjoy most and/or can do best – e.g. personnel and pharma marketing.</p>
